Hello, and thank you for coming over to the website and choosing the Truffleupagus Vegan Yums Christmas hamper 2022. We have a lot of delicious brand-new options for you to choose from this year, including a whole heap of extras you can keep in your freezer for unexpected guests and family. This year’s menu is the biggest ever, so I hope there is something there that you fancy. All you need to do is choose your hamper, which contains a main course and a dessert, for 1/2/4/6 people.  If you require a vegetable accompaniment, then there are lots to choose from, and include portion size for you and all of your guests. Then simply go to the order form at the bottom of this page and click on any other items you need, from extra desserts, pies and so much more. The choice really is fantastic, and I know I can’t wait to enjoy the same food over the Christmas period.

So, for example, you might need a hamper for two, with the chocolate Notella cake as your dessert, and extra Nut roast pie and an extra item , just click on the box beside your option . Or, if you require gluten-free options, there are options for you too.  Then you click on the date you wish to collect. Once you have decided on your Yums, you can then make a deposit of £20 payable via PayPal to sheena@sheenableakney.com or click on THIS LINK. The balance can be paid on collection. I’m also delighted to be able to offer this year a delivery date, possibly two. This is limited and will be offered on a first come first served basis, so please enquire and we will do our utmost to help you.

And now, all you need to do is sit back with a nice cup of tea, or a glass of something lovely, and browse the menu, knowing that come Christmas day, everything you need will be in your hamper for an amazing Christmas feast.

Sage and onion sosage ‘meat’ filled with roasted vegetable and mushroom duxelle and  wrapped in puff pastry . Comes with garlic and rosemary gravy. 

Persian spiced  black bean and nut roast with wild mushroom duxelle, apricots, pistachio and herbs, wrapped in buttery flaky puff pastry.  Homemade rosemary and garlic gravy and cranberry and merlot chutney (below)

Sweet extras. These items are all made fresh and must be consumed within 72 hours from when you receive them and can not be frozen . All Christmas cakes come decorated with sweetie filled Christmas trees a fondant snowman and marshmallow snowballs and finished with glitter and in a presentation box.

• Bottle of mulled spiced punch. Orange, cranberry, cinnamon, clove, star anise and sugar make this a perfect Christmas morning cocktial or to add to red wine or vodka for something a bit stronger . £6 per bottle

I can offer one delivery day which includes Lisburn, Newtownabbey, BallyClare, Holywood, Carryduff, Bangor, Ballynahinch, Comber, Saintfield and areas inbetween . There will only be limited slots but I will try to get as many fitted in as safely possible. Each delivery will cost £5.
