Savoury rolls and fritters

Sage and onion sosage roll

(herbed vegan sosage base with onion wrapped in puff pastry)

Persian spiced sosage rolls

(gently spiced black beans, rice, sweet potato and nuts wrapped in puff pastry)(contains nuts)

Potato, pea and beansprout curry puffs

(delicious vegetables cooked with a Truffleupagus blend of spices and wrapped in puff pastry)

Sweetcorn and green chilli fritters (GF)

(sweetcorn, chilli, and green onion in a mildly spiced batter and deep fried, perfect with our homemade mayos)

KFC chiken strips (soya based)

(Truffleupagus own secret recipe Kruelty free chiken)

Individual pies (serves 1)

Black bean and cheese empanada

(a Latin American staple, black beans, red and green peppers, and chipotle chilli, with vegan cheese in a cornmeal pastry)

Seitan beef and Guinness pie

(homemade ‘ beef ‘Seitan with black beans, red wine, herbs, spices, onion, and miso, slow cooked for maximum flavour. Then added, with potato and carrots, to a rich dark Guinness gravy, then wrapped in puff pastry, for the ultimate comfort pie)

Seitan chiken and leek pie

(homemade chiken seitan with miso, herbs spices, white beans, and garlic. Then added to a rich, creamy, white sauce with mushrooms, leeks, and herbs and wrapped in puff pastry. Delicious, homely and very moreish)

(serves 4)(contains nuts)

(creamy tofu based quiche packed with buttery leeks and mushrooms, with a rich nut and herb pastry)

Mediterranean tomato, red pepper, courgette and basil quiche 

(serves 4)

(fresh, slow roasted vegetables in a basil infused tofu based quiche)

Spanakopita

(a Greek filo pastry filled with homemade cashew ricotta, spinach and herbs)(contains nuts)

                                            Macaroni smothered in a creamy, melty vegan cashew cheeze sauce

Slow roasted, pulled bbq jackfruit

Slow roasted, pulled bbq jackfruit

 

Jackfruit , marinaded overnight in a spice rub, then slow roasted in the oven for 4 hours in a homemade bbq sauce, soft, succulent and delicious, with gorgeous caramelised crispy ends. Serve with my mango and chilli salsa, crusty roll and slaw.

(Maris piper potatoes, crunchy red peppers in a fresh lemon and dill mayo)
