Truffleupagus mother and baby packs are an invaluable gift for the new mother, just after they have their baby. These food packs are besoke menus with all your favourite foods, freshly made for fridge or freezer to have to hand for those very busy first few days and weeks, when all your time is taken up with looking after baby.
The meals are rammed with nutrients, high in protein , flavour and vitamins and minerals to ensure a speedy recovery too. I am a fully qualified fitness instructor and have qualifications in vegan nutrition also , and so have lots of experience and training on the post partum needs
Protein rich in the form of beans, tofu , nuts and seeds. High in calcium and iron in lentils, sesame, green vegetables. And high in carbohydrates to give energy and sustenance too . The menu is all wholefoods and there are no fake meats used in the menu plan. Additional oil is kept to a minimum too . The menu can also take into consideration gluten free, soy free and nut free requirements.
I will work directly alongside the mum to be to pre order a weeks meals taking into consideration your own tastes , likes and dislikes. Or if you are a friend or partner, you can order the mother and baby pack as well. Or simply order for yourself too!
