Wedding Sample Menus

Truffleupagus Vegan Yums is one of Irelands main 100pc vegan wedding caterers, providing menus for everything from an intimate pre wedding dining , to a huge 3 course feast for up to 90 guests. I can also offer a vegan hot or cold buffet for any number of guests from minimum 10 to up to 200.

Menus changes with the seasons and I also work very closely with my couple to ensure they receive a bespoke menu that is entirely created for their tastes. 

I can offer weddings and large festivals across the entire of Ireland and am now taking bookings for  2024

 

 

Please note these menus are simply suggestions and everything can be changed for you. 

 

I am a fully registered vegan business with a score on the door of 5 , full public liability insurance and all food hygiene requirements.

Summer

starter

roasted sweet potato and red pepper soup with basil oil and home-made rosemary and sea salt foccacia (gf option)

orzo pasta with petit pois and pesto and spinach, shaved vegan parmesan

buttered leek and mushroom quiche, baby new potato and lemon and thyme long stem broccoli

or

garlic mushroom jackfruit ‘chicken’ in a cream and herb sauce, topped with buttery mash, baby potato and lemon and thyme broccoli (gf)

lemon meringue pie with whipped cream and candied lemon peel
