I will be based at the ICC/Waterfront pitch and the good news is we are open to passing footfall not just for the competitors at the Irish dancing events

Where are you going to be located ?
Outside the Waterfront hall in the gazebos. Full location added soon
What type of food will you have?
100 pc vegan buffet salad bar, including the ever popular potato pesto and green bean, and each day the salads will change so you wont get bored. I will also have a range of wraps filled with things like, roast ‘chiken’ pesto, roast veg , bbq jackfruit, sweetcorn and green onion fritters etc. I will have hand held snacks such as sosage rolls, truffle bars and also a range of drinks. Menu will change daily and the full menu will be on my Truffleupagus Vegan yums facebook page.
Will you have anything gluten free?
Yes
The salads are always gluten free and there will be gluten free truffle bars too .

Food is made in 100 pc vegan kitchens, but wheat, soy, all nuts including peanut, sesame, mustard are used .
Sandwiches and wraps are cold , to go service . Chilis, currys and stews and hot and there may be a short wait for your staff you prepare your food
Please also note, Truffleupagus Vegan Yums is a small independant business, and the Fleadh is a large event. therefore we will have some new staff over the 8 days. Please do be patient as they are not as used to the systems as much as Sheena and Sean .Any issues at all please bring them to us and not to our lovely new faces. 07935294588 and we will do everything to rectify any mistakes.
